Fund Raising

Each year the King George V Playing Fields in Downend are transformed for the regions largest (and best) Charity Fireworks show. With over 12,000 fireworks fans travelling from across South Glocs and beyond, the event sells out, year after year raising significant sums for local good causes.

In 2024 the show will be

8th November - Gates Open @ 17.30

Fun throughout the night with Party Peeps, including the legendary after show foam party.

SkyBurst as the Launch Partner with shows at 18.30 (Kids) and 20.00 (Main)

Touring the streets of South Glocs, the Downend Round Table Sleigh gets to those parts other floats just can't reach.

Santa blasts his happy beats to keep the elves dancing and the mums running to catch a glympse of the main main.
